Second floor has two good sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a double-sized bunkbed plus separate twin bed. Full bath has a tub shower and also a stackable washer / dryer. Rear yard with patio, pergola and gas grill is a lovely spot for relaxing at the end of the day. Rent includes utilities with a $500 per month cap for electricity and propane usage.
